Our designers and coordinators will provided advice , and will work with you to create visionary spaces that truly match your personality and style preferences, personality and style. We keep in mind your lifestyle and build the project around your needs, making accommodations when needed. 

Consultations:

• Total Home Design Inc. will provide our clients with the informative 2 Hour consultation that will detail all the design information requirements for the successful completion of each project. (e.g. paint colours, furniture placement, drapery, etc.).
  

• Our concept development process will review the previously established project requirements and begin the discussion of preliminary design elements.
• Present custom design concepts tailored to the individual client.
• Present custom design concepts tailored to the individual client.
• Obtain client feedback, and discuss the direction of their project.

• Following the determination of the project details, we will conduct an analysis of the project scope and prepare a finacial plan that outlines the approximate costs of materials, goods and services.

• Conduct a full review of the clients floor plan and/or existing space to determine the location of walls, plumbing, furniture placements, etc. to determine the most effective and efficient plan for functionality and space.
  

• We will work with our clients to select and coordinate the interior and/or exterior finishes that will bring their custom design to life. Finishes will include (but not be limited to) flooring, paint, wallcoverings and window treatments.
• We will also determine millwork finishes including cabinets, counterops and harward to create a finished product that exeplifies the vision of   our designers and our clients.
• 3D imaging technology to develop Cabinetry for Kitchen & Bathroom Design
  

• Total Home Design Inc. will work with our clients to select the interior and/or exterior fixtures (including but not imited but not limited to lighting and plumbing) that will exemplify beauty, functionality and complements the overall design scheme.

• Total Home Design will create a series of conceptual drawings to act as a visual aid that will illustrated the direction and material selection of the product for our clients.

• Total Home Design Inc. will create comprehensive construction drawings necessary for the successful completion of the projct by skilled trades-persons. These drawings will include:
• Exterior and Interior Elevations
• Floor Plans
• Detailed millwork drawings

• Total Home Design manages all aspects of the design project from start to finish as a part of our services;
• Obtain contractor and supplier estimates
• Conduct Site meetings with both contractors and trades
• Organize deliveries to ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Schedule the presence of qualified trades-persons and Oversee onsite progress
